Warm Up (3 Sets - Not in Video):

2️⃣Bodyweight Squats - 45 seconds
Rest for 30 seconds then repeat
Triset 1 (3 Sets):
1️⃣Deadlift
2️⃣Standing Dumbbell Press
3️⃣V Crunch
Rest for 60-90 seconds
Triset 2 (3 Sets):
1️⃣Single Leg Press
2️⃣Renegade Incline Plank Row
3️⃣Bicycle Crunches
Rest for 60-90 seconds
Triset 3 (3 Sets):
1️⃣Goblet Squat
2️⃣Seated Cable Row
3️⃣Russian Twist
Rest for 60-90 seconds
Finisher (3 Sets):
1️⃣Heavy Sled Push - Down & Back
Rest for 90 seconds
